Each participant receives their own Leader or Member report by email, and it is logged here for your records. The single Church report — which combines everyone’s data and measures the gap between your leaders and your members — goes only to The Cross Current, who will walk your leadership through it.

Once everyone has submitted, The Cross Current schedules two follow-up times: first with your leaders to review their results and equip them with the GUS Follow-up Guide to disciple their own people, and second with the entire group to coach through the results.
