Pastors / Church Leaders
We are helping leaders equip their entire churches for evangelism together.
Our Mission
The Cross Current (TCC) is a local missions ministry that equips the Church by example to normalize sharing the gospel in all personal and community relationships.
Our Method
TCC serves to help unify and multiply local churches in gospel mission. Our method is first engaging and equipping core leaders, then helping them equip their entire churches to reach their communities for Christ together.
Pastors, elders and evangelists who are unified in the gospel and equipped to lead.
Training and tools that mobilize every member for everyday gospel conversations.
Equipped churches go together into their cities and towns with the gospel.
The result: as core leaders equip churches and churches reach their communities, the gospel multiplies across the whole country.
Our Ministries
TCC offers the following ministries to equip core leaders and entire churches for gospel outreach in their communities.
A free discipleship resource providing church leaders and members with their own individual and corporate unity report in several categories related to gospel ministry.
Our main training ministry for helping church leaders collaborate with and coach an in-house evangelist to equip their own saints for gospel ministry together.
An online and onsite personal witness training system developed to equip entire churches to confidently open Scripture in biblical conversation.
Our Spiritual Gifts Seminars establish a biblical foundation, gain a personal awareness, and develop actionable skills to utilize spiritual gifts both inside and outside your church together.
Community outreaches for equipping Christians and their churches by example to share the gospel and their gifts for God’s glory together.
Our gospel outreach media platform for equipping by example for evangelism and multiplying disciplemaking in missions partnership with local churches.
