Mark Spence of Living Waters
Earlier this week we were so excited to have my good friend and mentor Mark Spence of Living Waters join us for our first private online Evangelism Training of 2026.
Mark Spence is the Senior Vice President of Living Waters. A popular speaker at conferences and universities, he also cohosts the television program Way of the Master, engaging skeptics and equipping Christians in evangelism and apologetics.

For those of you who don’t know, Mark and Ray Comfort were two of the first evangelism trainers the Lord used to revolutionize my life and witness when I graduated from what is now the Living Waters Ambassadors Academy way back in 2006!
Training Testimonies
Our EETN core leaders were so blessed to host evangelists from across Ontario, and also, from “across the pond” in the United Kingdom too!
Check out this Zoom screenshot of just some of the 40+ participants who gathered together for online evangelism training.
Here are just a few of the many testimonies we’ve heard from participants of our online evangelism training with Mark Spence…
“I hosted a group watch party with our church to take the EETN online evangelism training. On hearing Mark, our gaze was directed toward the sovereignty of God and our affections stirred to see more of His glory. I saw my own weakness in Mark’s honesty, and our hearts were refreshed with the personal and relatable nature of God’s forgiveness, and the certain glory to come.” – Brian M., Thornloe ON
“The online training with Mark Spence was greatly impactful. Mark desperately knows the reality of eternity and just how close it is for all of us. Our need to be that “good and faithful servant” came through loud and clear. Mark shared a story of his son in a race giving everything he had to the point of physical breakdown and how we need to be crawling to the finish line for God, running on fumes because we spent up all the fuel the Lord has given us. It really convicted me on my use of time. My use of time in evangelism, as a husband, a father, and as a local church member. How can we waste this precious time when there are so many perishing.” – Justin S., Windsor ON
“Mark’s training was a huge encouragement. The Lord used it to remind me how powerful the gospel is, and to refocus me on being more intentional in my conversations. Spending time with other evangelists lifted my spirits and strengthened my resolve to keep witnessing faithfully and consistently.” – Dave E., Milton Keynes UK
“Mark Spence from Living Waters challenged us the other night, and me personally, as he clearly and candidly spoke about the importance of considering our mortality and living in light of eternity. He also offered many practical helps explaining how he keeps these truths in the front of his mind, so that he can maximize his time and be most effective as an evangelist. By God’s grace I hope to implement these principles in my part of the harvest field.” – Ryan P., Toronto ON
“Mark Spence’s training was incredible. It showed me how intentional he is with every moment to share the Gospel and his deep urgency about eternity. I was reminded that God ordains every moment, giving us daily opportunities to obey His commands and boldly show Jesus to everyone we meet with love and faithfulness.” – P. Wall, London ON
“Mark’s training has motivated me by keeping the big picture of eternity in mind. To try and think of creative ways I can share the Gospel to reach the lost and not to worry so much when things in my life happen that aren’t the way I want them to go, God is always in control and working all things for good. Thank you Mark and Cory, God bless you!” – C. Kong, Woodstock ON
We thank God for our partnership with Mark and the entire Living Waters team and deeply appreciate your continued prayer for the faithfulness and fruitfulness of our entire Equipping Evangelists Training Network!
